Both of us were broken from the start.
Fighting in the Dark.
Against our very selfs.
Lost so many battles, that it’s useless to count them.
If they could see through our eyes, see what they made of us.
See how damaged we really are.
Would we still be loved?
Or would they just tear away the last bits of hope that remain?
Will the world change, or forever remain the same?
With just a good bit more pain?
Were is the logic in this war?
Because everytime we take another field we lose 2.
Every time we survive a defeat.
We stand up to fall again…
But we have no choice.
We are made for this mental war.
We can’t show much weakness because others will fall.
And I don’t know what I should do now.
Answers I found, but I don’t think I’m happy knowing the truth.
Still, I stand and fight.
If I won’t die on your line, then why not die on mine?
So, I’ll help you, you don’t have much light.
I’ll try to teach you what is right.
Turn your battles and give you sight.
Teach you how to never give up the fight
To see the world with another pair of eyes.
So what you seek, you might find.
A more peacefull life with a bit of peace.
But first you must win this war of hearts.
While on the road describing it with a form of the arts.
Never again will you be lost in the Dark.
You’ll know the true power of the Asylum.
The true beauty of the now destroyed virus.
And the Charm of the Dark.
So what the fuck are you going to do?
Sit there and cry over the old you?
Or will you pick up your goddamn tongue,
And scream why it’s good to be young?
To know that life is far from over.
You’ll get a thousand chances more.
Sometimes it will feel life is like a chore.
But you’ll one day know, it’s so much more!
Smile to the future, with a tear for the past.
Wear your scars with pride, because forever they will last.
